When purchasing multi-day ski passes and selected day ski passes in the Ski amadé Online Ticketshop, there is the possibility to book a cancellation guarantee with your ski pass. Cancellation of ski passes is only possible with the booked cancellation guarantee, which must be made known (without giving any reasons) up to 2 days before the start of the validity of the ski pass. The cancellation guarantee costs € 2,50 per day and per ski pass.

A cancellation request can be made to the company where the ski pass was booked by e-mail, stating the order number and the name. A subsequent booking of the cancellation guarantee after completion of the order is not possible.

• If you are still in possession of a KeyCard (ski ticket), the Friends or Family Member Card, you can top it up via the Online Ticketshop. All you have to do is enter the KeyCard number, which can be found on the back of your Card and your ski pass will be topped up with the selected product.
• If you purchase a new ski ticket, it will be sent to you by post. Please note the postal delivery time (5-10 working days).
• Or use the pick-up function: You will receive a QR code by e-mail, with which you can conveniently pick up your ski passes on site at the ticket machine as a one-way ticket or at any lift ticket office as a KeyCard (deposit € 3.00), which is recommended from the 8-day ticket and can be recharged again and again in the ticket store.

For Minis (born in 2020 or later), special tariffs and terms of carriage are dependent upon each region and ski area's specific stipulations.

Ski amadé in general: Minis ski for free. A ski ticket is required, which is photo and ID dependent and available exclusively at the lift ticket offices. For multiday passes and the ALL-IN Card White, a free Minicard can only be issued in combination with the simultaneous purchase of an adult ticket with the same validity. Day tickets for Minis are also available without the requirement of a linked adult purchase.

Exceptions:

• Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl-Kleinarl: A paid Minicard is required.
• Filzmoos: Children accompanied by an adult ski for free. However, for the Bögrainlift and Rettenegglift, a paid Minicard is required if used independently or when participating in ski courses.

For groups of 20 people or more, discounted rates are available. You can obtain further information directly from the respective mountain lift company.

The my Ski amadé Friends Club is for everyone who loves Ski amadé just as much as we do and are ski and snowboard enthusiasts. You can use your Friends Card or Family Member Card as a ski pass again and again.
You can either top up your Friends Card/Family Member Card directly via the Online Ticketshop and buy your desired ticket here or, of course, directly at the ticket offices in the ski area.

TIP: In the Online Ticketshop we have stored your Friends Card/Family Member Card in your account, so you can easily select and load your Friends Card/Family Member Card.

Your Friends Card = your rechargeable ski pass + key to many benefits

Your my Ski amadé Friends Card will be sent to you directly after your registration.
You can use it again and again as a ski pass (for example by topping up online). It is also your key to many advantages.

You can create people for your family in the Ski amadé Online Ticketshop and thus easily order your ski tickets for your whole family:

1. Register in the Online Ticketshop
2. Add your family members to your profile

And for your kids you can order a personalized Family Member Card.
Optionally, each family member over 18 years of age can register for the my Ski amadé Friends Club and receive their own Friends Card.

• High-quality KeyCard, in custom my Ski amadé design, personalized with your photo, name and date of birth
• No confusion of KeyCards within the family
• Easy recharging of the Family Member Card in the Ski amadé Online Ticketshop
• On the day of skiing you go directly to the lift and onto the ski slope instead of first going to the cash desk

The 2.5 day ticket is valid on consecutive days in Ski amadé. 
The half-day limit for the 2.5 day pass is 12:00.
The half day can be used either on the first day in the afternoon (from 12:01) or on the last day in the morning (until 12:00).

The 5 in 7 ski pass lets you ski on any 5 days of your choice within a 7-day period – perfect for a flexible holiday.

For U25 tickets an ID must be shown.

U25 new customers will get the U25 ticket as a voucher by e-mail. With this e-mail voucher and an official photo ID (passport, ID card or driving licence) you will get your U25 ticket at the local ticket offices in Ski amadé! The deposit of € 3,00 has to be paid at the local ticket office.

Existing customers can activate their KeyCard from last year or order a new one postage free.

With the Ski amadé Early Booking-Bonus you have the chance to get your ski pass in advance at a lower price. Simply select the desired period and type of ski pass and you will then see the best price straight away.

Cheaper ski passes for online Early Bookers can be booked via the Ski amadé Online Ticketshop. To benefit from the Early Booking Bonus, we recommend booking your desired ski pass as soon as possible to receive the highest possible bonus.

Discounted ski passes under the online Early Booking System can, as the name suggests, only be purchased online at the Ski amadé Online Ticketshop.
Discounts such as the Junior Weekend Bonus, the Family Bonus from the 3rd child or group prices are still available at the ticket office.

No, the price displayed at the time of purchase is always the cheapest and therefore the best price. After that, the price will only increase until it reaches the maximum level = ticket office price.

When purchasing a Ski amadé ski pass, the third and all younger siblings (child and youth according to age group regulations) receive the ski pass free of charge if at least one parent and the two older siblings (child and youth according to age group regulations) purchase a ski pass for the same validity period.

Preconditions: joint main place of residence and an official family identity document required (e.g. family passport, registration form,...).
Exception for Ski amadé ALL-IN Cards: It is not necessary to buy an Ski amadé ALL-IN Card for the parents.

When purchasing the ski passes via the Ski amadé Online Ticket Shop, the family free ticket can be collected on presentation of the tickets already purchased (e-mail confirmation) and the family proof at one of the lift ticket offices on site in Ski amadé.

The offer is valid for families with a non-skiing infant (born in 2023 or later).
The ALL-IN Card White Young family can be used alternately by one of the two parents. 

• Photo required (both parents & infant)
• joint main residence and official proof of family status required (e.g. registration certificate, household confirmation)

The young family ski ticket for 2 to 18 days is available on site at the ticket offices at the adult ticket office price. 

From March 14. 2026 to the end of the season Easter Bunny has prepared a special package for families in Ski amadé. Children up to 15 years (born 2010 or later) old ski for free, if at least one parent buys a 6-day ski pass.

In addition in the basket of Easter goodies of Ski amadé: Many attractive events and offers for families in all Ski amadé resorts.

Not combinable with other promotions (Valid for 6- to 18-day ski tickets, except promotions, subsequent exchange excluded).

If you buy a ski ticket and choose the option "by post", the delivery will take 5-10 business days.

The shipping of ski tickets when selecting the purchase type "by post" is free of charge. The cost of shipping is borne by Ski amadé.
The postal shipment can take 5-10 working days. A shipment tracking is not possible.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Debit card: Formerly known as an ATM card, the amount is debited directly from your bank account. To pay in the online ticket shop, you only need the 16-digit card number (found on the debit card), the expiration date, and the 3-digit verification number (CVV number) on the back of your card. With two-factor authentication using pushTAN, the payment process is doubly secure.

iDEAL is an online payment system from the Netherlands. iDEAL customers can pay by direct transfer from their Dutch bank account.

With Apple Pay, you can easily make contactless payments for your purchases using your iPhone or other compatible Apple devices.

Google Pay is a convenient mobile payment system that allows you to link your Android smartphone to your debit or credit card to make payments easily with your mobile phone.

When purchasing multi-day ski passes and selected day ski passes in the Ski amadé Online Ticketshop, there is the possibility to book a cancellation guarantee with your ski pass. Cancellation of ski passes is only possible with the booked cancellation guarantee, which must be made known without giving any reasons up to 2 days before the start of the validity of the ski pass (e.g. ticket valid from Saturday, cancellation guarantee can be requested until Wednesday 23:59) . The cancellation guarantee costs € 2,50 per day and per ski pass.
A cancellation request can be made by e-mail to skiticket@skiamade.com, stating the order number and the name under which the order was placed.
A subsequent booking of the cancellation guarantee after completion of the order is not possible.

A subsequent change of the performance period of a ski ticket is not possible.

The cancellation guarantee can only be booked directly when purchasing the ski passes via the Ski amadé Online Ticketshop. A subsequent booking of the cancellation guarantee is not possible.

It is recommended to take out the offered cancellation guarantee when buying multi-day ski passes and selected day ski passes. The cancellation guarantee costs € 2,50 per ski pass day and per ski pass.

The cancellation guarantee can only be booked online for multi-day ski passes and selected day ski passes.
If a cancellation guarantee can be purchased for a ticket, this option is displayed during the order process. If the option to purchase a cancellation guarantee is not displayed during the ordering process, no cancellation guarantee is available for the ticket.
A subsequent purchase of a cancellation guarantee is not possible.

For ALL-IN Cards there is no possibility to purchase a cancellation guarantee.

No, the cancellation guarantee can only be booked for multi-day tickets and selected day tickets.
There is no cancellation guarantee for the Ski amadé ALL-IN Card White/Green/Gold.
